Title: Management Trainee, Provisionally Registered Pharmacist, Customer Care Center Manager - Zuellig Pharma (KK/Kuching)

Management Trainee
(1x Kota Kinabalu & 1x Kuching)

Responsibilities:

The 2-years programme begins with a curriculum that covers all the fundamental skills you need to start as a management trainee. Then, you will go through a structured rotation programme across both our business and support units, offering you an unparalleled chance to gain hands-on experience and expert insight in the industry.

Requirements:

  • We hire candidates based on merit and fit.
  • Fresh Graduates or young professionals with less than 1 year of working experience from recognised Universities, Colleges or similar Institutions of higher learning are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with supply chain, logistics or sales & marketing qualifications will have added advantage.
  • Minimum academic credentials are Second Class Upper Honors Bachelor Degree or a CGPA score of 3.5/4.0 in any field.
  • Some critical skills we look out for in candidates who apply are those with strong communication skills, are adaptable, creative, decisive, dedicated and are team players.
  • Proficiency in the English and Bahasa Malaysia languages is a must. Those who are able to speak/write Mandarin would have an added advantage.
  • Active involvement in a minimum of two extra-curricular activities and in leadership positions especially for uniform bodies are required criteria for application.
  • Must be a citizen of East Malaysia
  • This is a 2 years programme. 1st year is actual training & 2nd year is a Bond
  • Must be willing to be placed in ZP HQ (Bukit Jelutong) for the 1st year.
  • 2nd year placement is back to homeland. Depends on their citizenship (Sabah & Sarawak), and MUST be willing to work there permanently.
  • Open to all races & gender. Preferably Male.
  • Must possess own accommodation & transport.
  • Programme will start in 1st Jan 2018

Customer Care Center Manager
Must be a Registered Pharmacist
(Kota Kinabalu)

Responsibilities:

  • Maximize customer satisfaction with exceptional service and a quality environment.
  • Manage and control expense lines (Capex & Opex of the branch) within the agreed budget.
  • Coordinate with respective departments on Inventory Management, Accounts, Credit Management, MIS, Office management & Quality Assurance & control.
  • Assist in the selection, training, supervision, and evaluation branch personnel and to insure their attainment of high individual productivity and achievement of the responsibilities and duties contained in their job descriptions.
  • Maintain favorable customer / principal relations by dealing with customers/principals directly and fairly.
  • Ensure all Company policies and procedures are followed in all aspects of the operations and all branch personnel are understood and complied.
  • Working within company policy, preserve the security of all Company assets.
  • Control security at the Branch in compliance with the Company Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Visit customers / principals to monitor the quality of service they are receiving.
  • Perform procurement planning, internal process and control function to ensure the operations meet the requirements and delivery schedule of the customers & ensuring the quality standards are met.

Requirements:

  • Oversee the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods. They ensure workplace health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the building and stock.
  • Plan the arrangement of goods within the warehouse and organise special requirements for certain stock
  • Ensure productivity targets are met and maintain computerised administration and automated storage and retrieval systems
  • Overseeing stock control and processing orders.
  • Ensuring quality, delivery and budget objectives are met.
  • Delivering and fulfilling objectives and directions from the operation's headquarters.
  • Carrying out responsibilities for the use of automated and computerised systems.
  • Keeping stock control systems up to date and planning future capacity requirements.
  • Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Ensuring the health, safety, cleanliness and security of the work environment.
  • Overseeing the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment.
  • Supervise warehouse the daily activities of the warehouse
