Cancellation/ Refund Policy
Cancellation of registration must be in writing and received by the Conference Secretariat by 15th July 2007 in order to receive a refund (less 20% administrative fee). No refund will be possible after this date. Transfer of registration requires notification in writing, and a 20% administrative fee will be charged.
Upon receipt of the correct full payment, each registrant will receive a registration confirmation number. Please quote this number when you collect the conference kit. Those who made an initial deposit will receive a temporary number.

Collection of Conference Kit
The Registration Desk will be located at the conference venue and will be open for collection of conference kit from 1300 ? 1700 on 1st Aug, and 0730 ?1200 on 2nd ? 4th Aug. The kit for participants will consists of the conference bag, abstract book, badge, an entrance ticket each to the Welcome Dinner and Farewell Banquet, and other stationeries. Accompanying persons will receive the conference bag and an entrance ticket to each of the Welcome Dinner and Farewell Banquet, and other stationeries.
The conference badge has to be worn at all times to access the various function rooms including refreshment area. The organiser reserves the right to deny access to anyone who do not have a valid conference badge.
Certificate of Attendance
A certificate of attendance will be available for all participants at the Registration Desk on 4th Aug
CPD points will be provided for Malaysian participants. Oversea participants who require accreditation can request the relevant documentation from the secretariat.
Participants arriving at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) ( www.klia.com.my ) may take an airport taxi directly to the conference venue. Payment is by purchasing a voucher at the Taxi counter inside the airport terminal itself. Alternately, there is the KLIA Ekspress train to the Central Station (28 minutes) and from there a taxi to the Hotel.
Climate and Dress
The Malaysian climate is tropical with temperatures ranging from 21oC to 32oC. Light clothing may be worn during the day all year round outside the conference venue. For the meeting smart casuals may be worn.
For the Welcome Dinner, lounge suit / traditional / batik is recommended.
Malaysia Airlines is providing competitive airfares on Malaysia Airlines? scheduled international services for all registered delegates attending the event. Registered delegates and accompanying persons can purchase their tickets at special rates and should contact the nearest MAS ticket office and quote ?G CPAMPS2007 ? for further assistance. (excluding Singapore-Malaysia and domestic services)
Personal Invitation/ Immigration Visa
You may request invitation letters from the Organizing Secretariat. Such an invitation is intended to help potential delegates in raising funds or obtaining a visa. The letter of invitation is not a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide any financial support.
Visitors from most countries do not require an entry visa into Malaysia and can stay from 14 days to 3 months. However you are advised to contact the Malaysian Embassy in your country for confirmation of visa requirement, or visit http://www.kln.gov.my/ for a preliminary guide.
Welcome Dinner on 2nd Aug is included in the registration fee, extra tickets available at RM140/- each
Visits to selected hospitals and / or pharmaceutical establishments on 3rd Aug (registration is required, and subject to availability of space)
Farewell Banquet on the 4th Aug at RM 140/-, extra tickets at RM140/- each.
The conference hotel is the Parkroyal Kuala Lumpur. A number of rooms of different price categories have been reserved at conference rates for participants. Participants may book their rooms at this hotel, or surrounding hotels, using the special form.
