There is a limit of two (2)accompanying persons for each participant.Students and recent graduates must submit a document proving their Student/Recent Graduate status.

FIP Membership

Please clearly indicate your membership number on Registration Form A,otherwise you will be charged the non-member fee.Your membership fee must have been paid by 1 April 2003 in order to apply for this fee category. 

FIP Foundation for Education and Research

Should you wish to make a donation to the FIP Foundation for Education and Research,please tick the appropriate box on Form A and fill in the amount. 

On-site registration and day cards 

The registration desk will be open as of Thursday,4 September 2003 from 09.00. Registration fees on-site have to be paid in Australian dollars or in Euro.

The registration fee for participants includes:
Access to all Sessions,a congress bag (incl.the Final
Congress programme,Abstract book,List of participants etc.),
Opening ceremony,Welcome reception and Exhibition.
Section dinners/lunches as well as the gala dinner are optional.

The registration fee for accompanying persons includes:
Opening ceremony,the Welcome reception,the Exhibition/Poster areas and the specially designed Tour programme (optional).
Section dinners/lunches as well as the gala dinner are optional.

Cancellation

Cancellation of registration has to be made in writing and sent to:

If cancellation is received before 1 May 2003,90% of he paid fees will be refunded.If cancellation is made between 1 May and 1 August 2003,50%of the paid fees will be refunded.After 1 August 2003,no refunds will be made. Pre-paid tickets for Section dinner/lunch as well as the gala dinner,
cancelled during the Congress,will not be refunded.
