Title: Notice to all Participants from Malaysia who booked their travel arrangement to the 19th FAPA Congress in Seoul, Korea with the MPS

    The official program can be found under Section 3 above. 

    The official program starts at 5 pm on 5th October. From the hotel to the congress venue is about 15 minutes by bus. We have arranged a bus from the hotel to the congress venue daily. The departure time will be made known to you in Seoul, but it should be around 45 minutes before the start of the day program.


  1. We have a travelling bag for you which may be collected from the MPS from the week of 23rd Sep onwards. You may also collect your plane ticket at the same time.

  2. For outstation members we will send the bag by parcel post. But your ticket will be sent separately by courier.

  3. Please be at the KLIA early. The airline require us to check-in 2 hours before departure time.

  4. Outstation members are advised to book their own ticket to KLIA early.

  5. No visa is necessary for Malaysian visiting Korea with a valid return ticket.

  6. Due to the good response to our group travel arrangement, we are able to negotiate a better tour arrangement. The orginal one was strictly remaining in Seoul itself. Now we are able to arrange for an excursion outside of Seoul. The itinerary will be posted up within the next few days.
